The architecture of the building was excellent, giving us a true authentic experience of the region. The facilities were super clean, the food was great, and the service was great. We were impressed by the level of effort and attention to detail from every staff member. The bed was perfect, with high-quality linens and a soft and fluffy comforter. The hotel's location was also ideal, right on the main road of downtown. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Mardin experience.

Drawbacks: The wifi was a bit slow, and we wished there was some juice and real milk available during breakfast.

We loved staying at this hotel with its fine traditional architecture and amazing views of the Mesopotamia Valley. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect for us since it was right in the old center of town. It was convenient being able to walk everywhere, and the hotel staff was knowledgeable about transportation options. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

Over the Christmas holiday, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Mardin with an amazing view from the rooftop terrace and wonderful traditional architecture. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish bath, which were in excellent condition. the breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room and was delicious. the hotel was located in a great spot, making it easy to explore all the surrounding attractions.

We stayed in a hotel that was located in the heart of the old town. the building was old-style and had a beautiful view of the Mesopotamia valley. It was in a perfect location, on the beginning main road, so we were able to explore the town easily. the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. the traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious with a variety of items available.

The hotel had old-fashioned keys for the door which were difficult to use.
